Le Jardin de l'Ecurie welcomes you as a couple, with family or friends, in a comfortable and warm interior close to the customs officers' path, the GR34, between Fort de Bertheaume and Pointe Saint-Mathieu, in Plougonvelin in Finistère.
Benefiting from a very calm environment, this 75 m2 house offers you a most relaxing stay.
Its generously equipped kitchen opens onto the living room (living room and large dining table), equipped with a fireplace with insert.
From the living room, you have direct access to a spacious terrace, a south-facing private garden and the parking lot.
The two bedrooms, located upstairs, each offer a breathtaking sea view.
The Stable Garden is one of the buildings of the old family farm.
Today, converted into a gîte for 4 people, the building was built in the 1800s. It was, originally, and for many years, the stable for the farm's horses.
After having benefited from a complete rehabilitation several years ago, the stable had already been transformed into a holiday home. Then the years passed, and this pretty little house deserved some improvements again. It is now done!
This recent renovation was also the opportunity to give it a name, Le Jardin de l'Ecurie. This reminds us of the distant era when work in the fields was done by pulling horses, but also of the family vegetable garden now converted into a pleasure garden available to our holidaymakers during their stay at the gîte.
Over the generations and over the years, our farmhouse has retained its authenticity and all its charm. It is made up of construction and renovation buildings respecting traditional techniquesincluding the family home, the La Grange and Le Jardin de l'Ecurie gîtes and a few other outbuildings used as a workshop, woodshed, or other barns. The whole is located in a rural environment a few steps from the Iroise Sea.
On its two levels, Le Jardin de l'Ecurie offers:
- A large living room of 40 m² with direct access to its south-facing terrace.
- A fitted and fully equipped kitchen open to the living room
- A shower room and sink
- Two toilets
- A bedroom with 1 Queen size double bed 160*200, offering a breathtaking view of the Tas-de-Pois and the Pointe du Raz
- A bedroom with 2 90*200 beds that can be transformed into a King size bed, offering the same unobstructed view of the Iroise Sea
- Quality bedding equipped with linen bed linen
- Baby equipment on request: travel cot, high chair, bath, baby dishes, etc.
- A private garden, with south-facing terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, and deckchairs, parasol and barbecue in season,
- A pantry with laundry area
- Private parking,
- as well as a room for storing bicycles or other sports equipment in complete safety.
Le Jardin de l'Ecurie is available for rental all year round, for stays of a week or more.
