An eco-responsible approach at the heart of our ottages
From the renovation of our buildings to the development of our two cottages, La Grange and Le Jardin de l'Écurie , we have embraced an eco-responsible approach that combines authenticity and environmental respect.
Reusing old objects and materials
We chose bio-sourced and healthy materials, while reusing items that had been stored for a long time. This process helped limit the environmental impact of our developments.
The joy of antiquing and restoring
Exploring the attic, the shed, or the old barn has become a real pleasure! We've unearthed magnificent objects carefully preserved by our grandparents and parents: pretty dishes, an iron, a dressmaker's sketch, furniture, chairs or even linen tea towels.
Breathing new life into objects from the past
In search of old doors, a nice dresser, or any other knick-knack, we also enjoyed antiquing. Each of our finds, carefully selected, was restored to perfectly fit its new surroundings. These items, once very useful, had been set aside in favor of more modern objects meeting different needs. Today, these treasures from the past have been given a second life.
Balancing Old Charm and Modern Comfort
While these old pieces and furniture are appreciated for their charm and history, they cannot always compete with modern equipment. We chose to provide a high level of comfort to our guests without sacrificing the authenticity of the setting.
A careful and local selection
To complement the furnishings of the cottages, we have carefully selected our products, favoring French or European manufacturing, where we believe the best and most beautiful items are made. When possible, we also acquired impeccable second-hand articles.
