How to book a stay?

You can book directly on our website or contact us by phone or email.

What payment methods are accepted?

he deposit can be paid online or via bank transfer. The remaining balance must be settled by bank transfer at least 15 days before your arrival. You will receive our IBAN approximately 3 weeks prior to your stay.

Do you accept pets?

We occasionally accept dogs or cats under certain conditions. Before making a reservation, please contact us so we can review your request.

Each house can accommodate only one pet, exclusively upon prior request. We accept a calm and well-behaved dog or cat, provided that its owner has full insurance coverage against any potential damages. The pet must never be left alone in the house and must follow a few rules: it is not allowed to go upstairs or sit on the sofa and armchairs.

We rely on owners to ensure their companion remains clean and discreet. For reasons of peace and safety, dogs must not roam freely on the property.

A supplement of €50 will be applied at the time of booking.

What time can I check in?

Check-in is available from 5:00 p.m. If you have any specific needs, please let us know in advance so we can ensure the best possible welcome for you.

What is the check out time?

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. However, depending on the period, you may extend your departure until 1:00 p.m. by selecting the the "late departure" option.

What amenities are available on site?

What type of coffee machine is available?

On-site, you'll find a filter coffee machine as well as a Magimix compatible with Nespresso-type capsules.

Is there parking?

Yes, private parking is available for guests.

Is there a secure shelter for my bike?

Yes, a secure garage is available for storing your bike. When booking, please select  "Our Options" and  inform us so we can arrange everything according.

Where can I find a bakery?

There are three bakeries in the town:

• Laot Bakery , located on rue Pen ar Bed, 800 m from La Grange Neuve. Closed on Sunday afternoons and Mondays.
• Le Fournil de la Plage , located at 2 Boulevard de la mer, in Trez-Hir, 2 km from La Grange Neuve. Open every day except Tuesday.
• La Painpayerie : Organic flour bread, baked in a wood-fired oven, available at La Cave de Keruzas, local markets, and Le Potager de Saint-Mathieu.

Where is the nearest supermarket?

The Intermarché is located 1 km from La Grange Neuve. It is open Monday to Saturday from 8:45 a.m. to 7:45 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Where can I find local organic products?

• At Rendez-vous des 4 Saisons, located at 6 bis rue Pen ar Bed in the village (1 km from La Grange Neuve), you'll find a selection of organic fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses from local producers. Peggy welcomes you Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (closing at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday), while the shop remains closed on Sunday and Monday.

• At Au Potager de Saint-Mathieu, you can find organic vegetables at the Plougonvelin market on Sunday mornings,  Le Conquet market on Tuesday mornings, and directly at Kerveur farm near Pointe Saint-Mathieu on Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Is there a wine cellar nearby?

At The Cave de Keruzas, located at 37 rue de Bertheaume, 1 km from La Grange Neuve, you'll find a great selection of wines to suit every occasion. Laurent welcomes you Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (closing at 12:30 p.m. on Sundays). You can also find a depot of organic bread baked in a wood-fired oven available on Tuesdays and Fridays.
